PURPOSE:To obtain the titled egg, containing vitamin K having high activity for human bodies and useful as a preventive food for vitamin K deficiency, etc., by supplying a feed with a specific value or above of vitamin K content to a domestic fowl for ovum collection, breeding the domestic fowl and using the inexpensive vitamin K. CONSTITUTION:A feed containing >=10ppm vitamin K1 or/and vitamin K3 is fed to breed a domestic fowl for ovum collection and afford the aimed egg. Furthermore, e.g. sodium menadionehydrogensulfite, is preferably used as the vitamin K3. |
