PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and reduce its cost and enlarge a capacity, by composing the device to control load current and circulating current independently. CONSTITUTION:So far as an interphase reactor multiplex system PWM inverter is concerned, first-second inverters INVa-INVb are composed of reflux diodes 2a-7b and switches 108a-113b; to this output end, interphase reactors 14-16 are connected, and from its mid-point, parallel multiplex three-phase output is fed to a load 17. Then, each phase load current for output generated from the mid-point of the interphase reactors 14-16 is controlled at a high speed by means of the feedback control of the sum signal of the same phase as that of each phase output current of each inverter, and at the same time, by the difference signal of the same phase as that of each phase output current of each inverter, each phase voltage command value is corrected. Then, the difference of interphase voltage applied to both ends of the interphase reactors of each phase is controlled at a high speed, and the circulating current of each phase is controlled to be diminished.
