PURPOSE:To reduce data uncollecting state by keeping a data channel till a base station gives permission of communication with respect to a communication request from a mobile station. CONSTITUTION:A processing section 15 of a mobile station 10 sends a communication request to a base station 20 through a data channel and a processing section 25 of a base station 20 sends a polling signal at first in a prescribed timing, collects the location data corresponding thereto from the mobile station 10 and returns the communication permission through the data channel. In detecting the communication permission the processing section 15 changes over a switch 14 from the position of the data channel to the position of voice channel, and a driver of the mobile station (bus) 10 can communicate with the operator of the base station 20 in voice. Thus, the uncollected state of data is reduced even in a system where one set of radio equipment is provided in the mobile station, and also the data channel and the communication channel are switched through the frequency changeover.
