PURPOSE:To confirm the set data when it is set, and at the same time to confirm when necessary the internal arithmetic result and decided result, by displaying these results on a numerical controller via a user screen. CONSTITUTION:A numerical controller with which the screen production is opened to users contains a user screen calling means 21 to set data on a screen produced by a user, and displays the arithmetic and decided results obtained based on said data on said screen. In other words, it is possible to display the data set in a memory address equivalent to the parentheses on the screen produced by the user even with no push of a set key.
