PURPOSE:To reduce a pressure loss by forming a guide, which guides an axial flow to the outside of a coil end at almost the same diameter as the coil end of stator winding, on an end bracket opposed surface of the guide blade fixed to an end bracket of a motor part. CONSTITUTION:On the opposed surface of an end bracket 3 of a guide blade 4, there is provided with a guide 16 of an axial flow 8 formed in almost the same diameter as a coil end 15. At the inflow side of the axial flow of the guide 16 is formed into a circular form 16a so as to cause the axial flow 8 to smoothly flow into a motor part 2. The axial flow led into an opening 3a is guided by the guide 16 runs to the outside of the coil end 15 whereby its flowing into the inside is restricted. Consequently, a pressure loss is reducible and, what is more, an aerodynamic characteristic can be made into being excellent.
