发明名称 CONTROL METHOD FOR UNLOADER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve general working efficiency by setting the intermediate position between a carriage and unloader at a carry-out position and approaching the carriage and unloader to carry-out position. CONSTITUTION:At the work completion time of a work material, the right end of carriages 13, 17 is located at the front by a distance C from the max. movable point X0 (base point) and a clamper 31 stands by apart by a distance (d). The provisional carry-out position X1=(C+d)/2 to which the carriages 13, 17 and clamper 13 can approach is then operated to calculate the right end position X2 of the carriages 13, 17. The base point X0 and the right end position X2 of the carriages 13, 17 are then compared and based on this comparsion result, the carriages 13, 17 and a clamp device 29 are moved. Since the carriages 13, 17 and an unloader 7 can be approached in a possible range, the working efficiency on the whole is thus improved.
