摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a curved mirror having a high accuracy by sticking a flexible mirror obtained by forming a part of an elliptical cylinder which uses a virtual focus of a laser beam and an installation point of a beam detector as its focus, as a curved face, to a holding body. CONSTITUTION:A condenser mirror is formed by sticking a flexible mirror 17b prepared by vapor-depositing Al, by means of an adhesion, etc., to a thin plate of acrylic resin in a curved face of a curve holding body 17a of a metal, for instance, Al, etc. The inside face of the holding body 17a is curved so as to form a part of an elliptical cylinder which uses a virtual light emitting point A and an installation point B of a beam detector 18 as its focus, but as for the surface, its specular finish is not required. Accordingly, the surface of the holding body itself is enough by making it rough, it is unnecessary to generate a specular surface property of the reflecting surface by means of polishing, and it can be generated by a vapor deposition technique of the flexible mirror, therefore, the condenser mirror can be manufactured very easily.
