PURPOSE:To perform the working with the high accuracy at the high speed and to reduce a noise by interposing a piezoelectric actuator capable of controlling a stroke height and the press load with a CPU in a slide part. CONSTITUTION:The slide part 2 is divided into an upper slide and a lower slide and the piezoelectric actuator 4 which is formed by extending the overall length of a piezoelectric element is interposed between both the slides. In order to control the piezoelectric actuator 4, sensors 7 and 8 to detect the press load and the stroke height are arranged and the CPU 3 for control to calculate and process these output signals is arranged. With the CPU 3, it is necessary to change its program according to a working condition, so a control data input device 9 is connected thereto. By this method, the stroke and load at the time of pressing can be controlled by the piezoelectric actuator 4 and the CPU 3 for control and the pressing work with the high accuracy and the bottom dead center accuracy by a frame with the low rigidity can be enhanced. |
