PURPOSE:To obtain precise die casting by continuous pressurizing and fixed delivery control, by arranging scroll pump made of heat resistant material to the pump for supplying molten metal. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 6 in a heating chamber 5 is supplied into a pressurizing chamber of a cylinder 2 by the scroll pump 7 and poured into a die 1 from the pressurizing chamber and formed. The scroll pump 7 drives a rotating shaft with a motor 8 and can continuously and smoothly supply the molten metal 6 into the cylinder 2 under pressurizing and supplying quantity of the molten metal 6 into the cylinder 2 is accurately weighed and controlled by detection of rotating angle with an encorder 9 and a rotating angle control based on this detection. By this method, much quantity of the die casting product having good quality can be produced under high productivity.
