PURPOSE:To enable accurate measurement of temperature free from effect of a resistance component a transmission path or the like has, by using a resonance circuit containing an element made of a superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:Three coils 21-23 made of superconductive materials with different critical temperatures are connected in series, and a capacitor 3 is connected in parallel to a series circuit of the coil 21-23 to form a parallel LC resonance circuit 1. Resonance characteristic of the resonance circuit 1 can be varied depending upon a temperature to be measured by supplying a bias thereto 1. Thus, the temperature being measured can be detected indirectly by detecting the resonance characteristic.
