<p>PURPOSE:To improve insulating performance between a substrate and a mounting plate for a case cover by inserting the mounting plate set up to a unit frame, to which the substrate with a rheostat is fitted, into a groove formed to the peripheral section of an opening section in the case cover to block the opening section, floating and fixing the unit frame in the case cover and interposing a resin between the case cover and the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 9 is installed to a ceramic substrate 5, a slider 8 is attached to the shaft 9, and the shaft 9 is inserted into a through-hole 12d toward a mounting plate 12a from a unit frame 12 body. The ceramic substrate 5 is fitted to a substrate housing section 12c, and the substrate 5 is fastened to the substrate housing section 12c with a cast resin 7. The substrate housing section 12c is arranged so as to be positioned in a case cover 11, the peripheral section of the mounting plate 12a is inserted into a groove 11b, the mounting plate 12a is set up so as to block an opening section 11a, the substrate housing section 12c is fixed under the state in which it is floated in the case cover 11, and a cast resin 13 is cast and solidified. Accordingly, electric shock can be prevented even when a user touches the cover by mistake.</p> |
