<p>PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a bladder and to use the device in a horizontal state by providing an accumulator with a pressure measuring device and a time measuring device for measuring the increase and decrease time of working pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure measuring device 4 and a time measuring device 9 adapted to measure the increase and decrease time of working pressure, interlocking with the pressure measuring device 4 are connected to an accumulator 3. When the pressure measuring device 4 detects the minimum (maximum) working pressure of the accumulator 3, the pressure measuring device 4 operates the time measuring device 9 to measure the amount of time until it reaches the maximum working pressure of the accumulator 3, and a lowering of sealed-in gas pressure is discriminated by comparing the measured time with a reference time. Accordingly, a detector projected into a bladder is not required to prevent breakage of the bladder. Even if the accumulator 3 is used in a horizontal state, a lowering of sealed-in gas can be detected accurately.</p> |
