PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage-current converting circuit operated based on a minimum or a maximum potential as a reference by using transistors (TRs) of Darlington connection for differential TRs. CONSTITUTION:A potential at a voltage output terminal b1 changes in following to a potential of an input terminal a1, a voltage of a voltage output terminal b1 is subject to voltage-current conversion by the resistor R1 and outputted from the collector of a level shift TR Q17. When a potential at the input terminal a1 is at ground potential, the potential of the voltage output terminal b1 goes to the ground potential, and an current is outputted to a current output terminal C1, but the base potential of the TR Q17 is always equal to the base potential of the TR Q12 at all times and the TR Q17 is conductive. Thus, the voltage-current conversion using the ground potential as the reference potential is applied.
