摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a positioning accuracy of a ribbon line with observation of a disconnected position possible from these observation holes at a risen position of a nozzle by providing observation holes observing a pattern cisconnected position in a periphery of a laser beam irradiation hole of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A pattern disconnection is recovered with a ribbon line 9 pushed to a welding point with a nozzle 8 under an optical system main body 1, a laser beam irradiated from a laser beam irradiation hole 12 of the nozzle 8, and the line 9 welded. Furthermore, many observing holes 11 observing a disconnected position are provided at a periphery of the hole 12 of the nozzle 8. Consequently, the disconnected position can be observed via holes 11 at a risen position of the nozzle 8. And a presser foot of the line 9 constrains the line 9 with a rim between holes 12 and 11, consequently, an action of the nozzle 8 is only an up and down movement. This enables positioning accuracy of the ribbon line to be improved.
