PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a heavy membrane of an oxide superconductor easily by providing the first baking process to improve the adhesion of the oxide superconductor and a substrate, and the second baking process to maintain the temperature in a specific low temperature, when the baking process is carried out. CONSTITUTION:When an oxide superconductor paste is printed and baked on a substrate, the first baking process and the second baking process are provided. The main purpose of the first baking process is to adhere the substrate and the oxide superconductor, and it is carried out at a temperature higher 5 to 100 deg.C than the sintering temperature of the oxide superconductor. The main purpose of the second baking process is to improve the superconductive property of the oxide superconductor, and it is carried out at a temperature lower than the first baking temperature being + or -50 deg.C of the sintering temperature. In this case, as the oxide superconductor, a perovskite structure oxide superconductor including a rare earth element of a high critical temperature is used.
