PURPOSE:To operate an automatic control loop normally at all times by using an output signal of an identifier device while identification is applied with its threshold level deviated and resetting the automatic control loop by the result of detecting the converging state of a demodulation signal. CONSTITUTION:When the converging state of the demodulation signal is deteriorated and a demodulation signal D or E exceeds the threshold level C or B and enters the hatched portion, a level 1 appears at the output of an EX-OR gate 41. The output is integrated by an integration circuit comprising a resistor 42 and a capacitor 43 and smoothed into a DC signal. The DC voltage changes depending on the degree of appearance of '1' in the output of the EX-OR gate 41. The OR gate 44 converts the change of said DC voltage into a digital signal of 0 or 1 level to form a reset signal. Thus, the automatic control is always operated normally.
