PURPOSE:To enable the wiring test of a printed wiring board having a measuring point in a non-standard lattice part, by a construction wherein a resistance rubber plate having needle-shaped conductors erected therein is interposed between the printed wiring board and contact terminals of probes so as to conduct a continuity test or a short-circuit test. CONSTITUTION:Measuring points 12 and 13 in a non-standard lattice of a printed wiring board 1 are connected to contact terminals 5 disposed at a standard pitch in the shape of a lattice on a fixed table 2, by a resistance rubber plate 3 having needle-shaped conductors 4 erected therein. Moreover, the contact terminals 5 are connected through switching mechanisms 7 and 8 to a resistance measuring section 101 which measures simultaneously a plurality of resistance values between contact terminals 5a-5s. Then, the three minimums of measured resistance values are specified by a resistance comparing-determining section 102 and a two-terminal specifying section 103 connected to the resistance measuring section 101, and positions of the measuring points are specified by an inter- lattice position computing section 104 and read in a lattice position storage 105.
