LOST FOAM PATTERN HAVING MEMBER FOR HOLE AS CAST

摘要

PURPOSE:To easily form a long and slender hole by drawing a core metal only after casting by arranging the member for hole as cast coating a water soluble mold wash on the outer peripheral part of an axial core metal so as to project to the external part from the inner part of a lost foam pattern main body. CONSTITUTION:A member 5a for hole as cast is composed by forming a mold wash layer 7 on the outer peripheral part of a core metal 6 and further a protection film 8 on the outer peripheral face thereof. A hardening liquid body and synthetic resin made film are used as the protection film 8. The member 5a for hole as cast is projected to the external part from the inner part of the dissipation model 2. With such composition a production process is shortened and the quality is improved as well.
