PURPOSE:To alleviate drastically a restriction imposed on the bending angle of a metallic base laminated plate by providing a prepreg parting part where prepregs are divided in slit-like forms at the surface of the metallic plate and by bending the metallic plate along the prepreg parting part. CONSTITUTION:Both planes of a metallic plate 5 are coated with prepregs 6 and a copper foil 7 is laminated and is glued to one side plane of the metallic plate through the prepregs 6 and on the other hand, the prepregs 6 which are formed at parts corresponding to a bending width of a bending part C are cut off in slit-like forms and then, a prepreg parting part 10 where the prepregs 6 are cut off in pieces is formed. After that, bending is carried out along the prepreg parting part 10. Then, even though a large bending angle is set at the bending part C and the prepregs are adjacent to its bending part C, there is no possibility of peeling of the prepregs because of the development of cracks and this approach alleviates drastically a restriction imposed on the bending angle of a metallic base laminated plate. |
