PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and decrease manufacturing cost by rotating a projected part of a sleeve along a slope way of a receptacle, and locking with an elasticity force of a spring member made varied by variations of a combination dimension of two rings. CONSTITUTION:Engaging a plug 100 with a receptacle 200 causes a lock projected part 33 of a sleeve 30 to abut a slope way 214 of the receptacle 200. Then depressing a body block 10 downward causes the part 33 to rotatingly descend along the slope way 214, and a ring 50 to make rotation with the sleeve 30 rotated. And the highest height is made with top parts 41 and 51 of rings 40 and 50 abutted. Further depressing a block 10 causes the part 33 to be engaged with a block part 215, the sleeve 30, and rings 40 and 50 to be reversely rotated, returned to former positions, and thereby locking. This enables the constitution to be simplified and manufacturing cost decreased.
