PURPOSE:To attain stable transmission without collision by providing the transmission system switching equipment composed of a transmission line monitoring section, a replacement control section, a transmission control section of the CSMA/CD system and a transmission control section of the token passing but system. CONSTITUTION:The titled equipment is provided with the transmission control section 5 of the CSMA/CD system, the transmission control section 4 of the token passing bus system, a transmission line monitor section 3 monitoring whether the utilizing rate of the transmission line is higher or lower than the specific value and the switching control section 2 replacing the two transmission control sections of the CSMA/CD system and the token passing bus system depending on the notice from the section 3 and restarting the transmission afterward. Then the switching control section 2 receiving the notice from the transmission line monitoring section 3 monitoring the utilizing rate of the transmission line replaces the two transmission control sections 5, 4 of the CSMA/CD system and the token passing bus system.
