发明名称 GEOMETRY DETECTOR FOR COLD ROLLED STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent effect of curvature, by evaluating the shape of a cold rolled steel plate from a width-wise distance between magnetic marks or an elongation percentage distribution thereof. CONSTITUTION:While a bridle device 12 is controlled with a tension controller 5 to a low tension, two magnetic marks are formed width-wide with a multi- train magnetic marking device 7 on a cold rolled steel plate 1, maintaining a specified distance longitudinally. Then, the bridle roll device 2 is controlled with the tension controller 5 to a high tension state; under such a condition, these magnetic marks are detected with a magnetic detector 9 while a moving distance of the cold rolled plate 1 is detected with a pulse generator 11 as a moving distance detector and both detection values are inputted into an arithmetic processor 10 to calculates a distance between the magnetic marks. Otherwise, from the detection values and the distance between magnetic marks applied with the magnetic marking device 7, elongation percentage is calculated at magnetic mark positions. Thus, the shape of the cold rolled steel plate 1 is evaluated from the intermagnetic mark distance calculated and a width-wise distribution of elongation percentage.
