PURPOSE:To obtain high accuracy with simple circuit constitution, by comparing a voltage to be measured with a charging/discharging voltage of prescribed cycle, and generating a pulse signal having pulse width proportional to the i-th power of the voltage to be measured corresponding to a compared result. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C1 is charged by a power pulse VDD, and repeats charge/discharge in a prescribed cycle by comparators 82 and 83, a flip-flop 85, and a transistor 81. The charging/discharging voltage is supplied to a comparator 84, and is compared with the voltage Vin to be measured. The output of the comparator 84 is inputted to a flip-flop 86, and the pulse signal having the pulse width proportional to the i-th power of the voltage Vin to be measured is outputted from the flip-flop 86. |
