PURPOSE:To prevent oil from running short during operation by installing an intake gas passage, to be interconnected to a suction port of a compression space, in a clamping surface between a frame and a fixed scroll. CONSTITUTION:In a clamping surface supporting a fixed scroll 3 of a frame 6, there is provided with a gas passage hole 6g to be interconnected to a gas passage hole 3f with a scroll clamping bolt hole and the fixed scroll 3. Gas flows through an air gap 8c of a motor 8 and a passage 7c and, after forcedly cooling this motor 8, it is inhaled into a suction port 3c from a motor case 6i by way of a passage 6h and these passage holes 3f and 6g, then it is compressed by scrolls 2 and 3. Consequently, a gas passage system and an oil feed system are separated, thus such a possibility that oil is carried to a compression space by suction gas is brought to nothing.
