发明名称 COMPOSITE PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT FOR ULTRASONIC WAVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent production of undesired vibration by forming an ultrasonic wave composite piezoelectric element while packing the gap of piezoelectric ceramics divided minutely by a high polymer material including lots of hollow minute particles in the element where gap packing member is packed between piezoelectric ceramics divided minutely so as to reduce an acoustic coupling between the adjacent minutely divided ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A packing material 22 is prepared, which is the volume ratio mixture of nearly 4:1 between lots of hollow glass particles whose mean particle diameter is 20mum or below and an epoxy group adhesives. The material 22 is packed in the gap 21 of secondary raw material 20 and solidified to form ternary raw material 30. After the solidified ternary raw material 30 is solidified completely, the material is cut off repetitively in a direction perpendicular to the cutting direction of the secondary raw material 20. Then the packing material 22 is packed and solidified in the minutely divided gap. As a result, the lateral vibration of the minutely divided ceramics is hardly propagated to the adjacent minutely divided ceramics and useless vibration due to the production of the acoustic coupling between the minutely divided ceramics is remarkably deceased in comparison with a conventional element.
