PURPOSE:To prevent an output dynamic range from being affected by a power voltage by connecting resistors having the same resistance between load resistors of a differential amplifier and giving a base voltage of a transistor (TR) being a component of the differential amplifier from the connecting point of the series resistors. CONSTITUTION:Emitters of 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12 are connected, a constant current source I1 is connected to the emitters and 1st and 2nd load resistors R11, R12 of the same resistance are connected to collectors of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12. The other terminals of the 1st and 2nd load resistors R11, R12 are connected to a DC power supply I1 and two resistors R13, R14 of the same resistance are connected in series between the collectors of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12. Moreover, a base voltage is given at least to one TR of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12 based on the potential of the connecting point between the two resistors R13, R14. Thus, the differential amplifier whose output dynamic range is not decreased due to the power voltage drop with simple constitution is obtained.
