PURPOSE:To control the coordinate control dependent on the rotational speed in response to the rotational variable by producing the shift variable in accordance with the rotational speed when the number of pulses accumulated within within a prescribed time exceeds the border value. CONSTITUTION:A shift variable converting means 73 converts the pulses received form a coordinate input device 1 into the corresponding shift variable of the number of pulses accordant with the rotational frequency via a pulse accumulating means 72 and sends out said shift value. A comparing means 74 decides whether the number of accumulated pulses exceeds or not the boundary value during a time set by a timer means 71 to transmit a high-speed shift time control request signal when said number of pulses exceeds the border value and to transmit a reset signal to the means 71 vice versa. When the accumulated number of pulses received from the device 1 within a prescribed time exceeds the border value, the information dependent on the rotational frequency can obtained by the device 1 is converted into the information accordant with the rotational speed by a conversion signal of the shift variable set on the coordinates.
