摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the operability for angle control of a motor-driven probe by calculating the direction of a designated measuring element from the drawing data and a work coordinate system and at the same time calculating the angle of the prove to output a command signal. CONSTITUTION:A 1st arithmetic means 4 selects the drawing data on a measuring element by the signals received from a memory part 10 and a designating means 2 and the same time converts the coordinates of the obtained drawing data into the data produced by the coordinate system of a work given from a coordinate system input means 3. Then, the data on the measuring element thus obtained is converted again into the data on a machine coordinate system of a 3-dimensional measuring instrument and delivered to a 2nd arithmetic means 5 after calculation of the direction of the measuring element. At the same time, the means 5 calculates the angle of probe 6 from a proscribed relation in accordance with the direction of the measuring element and outputs a command signal to decide the direction of the probe 6. Thus an operator can set the angle of the probe 6 in an optimum direction by inputting a measuring element and a work coordinate system only.
