<p>PURPOSE:To enable 2 times the length of conventional cable to be loaded on one transport vehicle by arranging a pair of drums having the same diameter on the transport vehicle so as to be erected and laid by a jack. CONSTITUTION:Drums 6 having the same diameter are mounted fore-and-aft on a rear body 5 of a transport vehicle and both ends of the center shafts rotatably fitted in both drums 6 are integrally sandwiched by connecting members 7. Also, a jack 8 for vertically moving both drums 6 through a rotary shaft journalled by the central portions of the connecting members 7 is mounted on the rear body 5 while a motor 9 is provided which pivots integrally both drums 6 about the rotary shaft through a drive belt 11. And after the jack 8 is operated to lift integrally both drums 6 through the connecting members 7, the motor 9 is operated to insert a cable 10 into a shaft 4 through the drive belt 11. Then, both drums 6 are lowered to the original position to be located within the height limit in transportation.</p> |
