PURPOSE:To obtain the washing effect of the oral cavity and the treatment effect of the affected part, by sending the water in a water storage tank to an electrolytic cell to apply electrolytic treatment to said water and spraying the formed acidic anode water from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A water inflow port 7 is provided to one wall of an electrolytic cell 1, and the emitting port 8 communicating with an anode chamber 5 and the emitting port 9 communicating with a cathode chamber 6 are respectively provided to the other wall thereof and a nozzle 11 is connected to the emitting port 8 on the side of the anode chamber through a hose 10 and the water in a water storage tank 12 is sent into the electrolytic cell 1 under pressure by a pump 13 through an inflow port 7. When a switch 15 is turned ON, the pump 13 is driven and the water is sent into the electrolytic cell 1 under pressure to receive electrolytic treatment and acidic anode water is formed in the anode chamber 5 while alkaline cathode water is formed in the cathode chamber 6. Therefore, when the acidic anode water is used as the washing water of the oral cavity, not only the washing, sterilizing and disinfecting actions of the oral cavity but also the hemostatic effect thereof due to the astringent action of the skin are obtained.
