PURPOSE:To constrain occurrence of a creak caused by a difference in a coefficient of thermal expansion, and to prevent electrolytic corrosion or damage caused by crevis corrosion by interposing a heat resistant coat between contact parts of a heater pipe and a radiation fin made of a different kind metal from the heater pipe. CONSTITUTION:A heater pipe 11 in which a coil heating wire 13 is provided in the inside of a cylindrical outer pipe 12 of a stainless steel is formed with magnesia 14 of an insulation material filled. A radiation fin 21 made of aluminum of a different kind metal from the pipe 11 is formed with a hollow tube part 22 and a pair of fin parts 23, and the part 22 is engaged with the pipe 11. And a heat resistant coat C is formed with a silicon system black paint bakingly finished on the surface of the pipe 12 of the pipe 11 and the outer surface of the fin 21. The coat C absorbs a difference in a coefficient of thermal expansion of the pipe 11 and fin 21, and fills a gap as an electric insulation material. This enables occurrence of a creak to be constrained, and electrolytic or crevis corrosion to be prevented.
