发明名称 ENGINE DECELERATION CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying the structure and at reducing shocks during deceleration by providing a leakage type fuel shut-off solenoid valve in an idle port fuel supply passage in a carburetor so that the shut-off valve and an air-bleed control solenoid valve are operated when the rotational speed of the engine is low during deceleration. CONSTITUTION:A leakage type fuel shut-off solenoid valve 27 which shuts off the supply of fuel with a slight amount of fuel being left for a slow port 22 and an idle port 23, is provided in a slow passage 26. An air-bleed control solenoid valve 29 is provided in a sub-air bleed passage 28. A control valve 31 receives an idle switch 16, an ignition coil 30, etc., and when the engine rotational speed is less than a predetermined value during a decelerating condition is established, the solenoid valves 27, 29 are operated so as to decrease the amount of fuel smoothly. With this arrangement only one fuel shut-off valve may be sufficient, and the operationability during deceleration may be improved.
