PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and to lower cost, by forming capacitor electrode patterns consisting of capacitors on both planes of a sheet of dielectric substrate, and forming a coil pattern only on the surface of the dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:On the surface 1a and the rear plane 1b of the dielectric substrate 1, the capacitor electrode patterns 2a and 3a are formed respectively by a method to perform the screen printing of silver paste or vapor-deposition, etc. Those electrode patterns 2 and 3 are confronted with each other on both surface and rear plane of the substrate 1, forming the capacitor having capacitance decided by the permittivity and the thickness of the substrate 1 and the confronting area of the capacitor electrode. Meanwhile, the coil pattern 4a is formed only on the surface 1a, and it is formed as a linear print coil of L-shape so as to communicate one end (m) of the electrode pattern 2a with the end face (n) of the substrate 1. In the pattern 4a, it is possible to obtain a Q (sharpness) value >=100 even in a high frequency by setting the line width at around 1.5-2.0mm widely.
