PURPOSE:To make a coil small-sized and allow the continuous use at the high temperature by covering an Fe group or Ni group heat-resistant alloy to the specific thickness around a conductor with a flat and rectangular cross section and mainly made of Cu. CONSTITUTION:An Fe group or Ni group heat-resistant alloy is covered to the thickness of 0.05-0.5mm around a conductor with a flat and rectangular cross section and mainly made of Cu, or an oxide is formed to the thickness of 10mum or less around the conductor with a flat and rectangular cross section and mainly made of Cu, and the Fe group or Ni group heat-resistant alloy is covered to the thickness of 0.05-0.5mm around it. Since the cross section shape of the conductor is made flat and rectangular, the space factor when a coil is wound is improved, thus the coil can be made small-sized, thus allowing the continuous use at the high temperature. |
