PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit by interrupting a carrier of a signal communicated between a master set and a slave set of a cordless telephone set for a prescribed number in the case of calling and detecting the number of interruption so as to discriminate the call of the cordless telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When a cordless telephone set is called, a ringer of a telephone set rings via a telephone circuit 1b. Then the ringer is detected by a call detection circuit 1d and the carrier of the signal sent from a transmission/reception circuit 1a of the master set 1 to a transmission/reception circuit 2a of a slave set 2 is interrupted by a prescribed number by a carrier interruption circuit 1e. When the carrier of the signal from the transmission/reception circuit 1a is received by a slave set 2, the interruption of the carrier is detected by a carrier interruption detection circuit 2b and it is detected that the carrier comes from the master set 1 of the cordless telephone set through the number of interruption circuit by the transmission/reception circuit 2a. Thus, the master set is discriminated by a simple circuit. |
