PURPOSE:To smooth rotation of a shaft by forming a support piece to be attached to a plate into trifurcated form by spring material, attaching a boss to the center of the support piece, and inserting a turning shaft thereinto. CONSTITUTION:Each blade 1 is fitted in a metal plate 2, and a trifurcated support piece 3 by spring material is attached to this plate 2. A plastic boss 5 provided with a split groove 4 is attached to the central part of this support piece 3, inserting a turning shaft 6 into this boss 5, and a spring 7 is inserted and pressed close onto the boss, thereby clamping the turning shaft 6. Since the support piece is made into the trifurcated form, an elastic effect becomes good enough so that smooth rotation is securable without entailing any hindrance to motor rotation.
