PURPOSE:To increase compression, tension and bending resisting forces of a yacht main unit while to promote its weight lightness, by constituting the yacht main unit of carbon fiber built-in resinmade inner and outer films, foaming urethane laminated in the internal surface of each film and foaming styrene with which a part between both the foaming urethanes is charged. CONSTITUTION:This yacht constitutes its main unit 1 of a thin outer film 2 and inner film 3 formed by internally providing carbon fiber as the reinforcing fiber in a resin layer, half-split ring plate-shaped reinforcing plate 4 arranged between both the films 2, 3 in one or plural places in a bow-stern direction, foaming urethanes 5, 6 laminated in internal surfaces of both the films 2, 3 and foaming styrene 7 with which a part between both the foaming urethanes 5, 6 is filled. The reinforcing plate 4 is constituted of an angular bar-shaped strength member 12 positioned in both upper ends, front and rear paired resin made thin films 14 formed by internally providing many streaks of carbon fibers 13 hooked to this strength member 12 and foaming styrene 16 with which a part between these thin films 14 is filled.
