PURPOSE:To easily find the misrecognition of a voice and to prevent wrong telephone calling by storing messages inputted from a message input means and displaying a message corresponding to the recognition result of the input voice. CONSTITUTION:The messages are inputted from the message input means 151 and stored in a message storage means 161. When the voice is inputted from a voice input means 111, the voice is recognized by a voice recognizing means 121 and a display means 171 displays the messages stored in the message storage means 161. Further, when the voice recognizing means 121 recognizes the voice, a dial sending means 141 originates with the opposite part number stored in a dial storage means 131. Thus, the message is displayed according to the recognition result of the input voice to prevent wrong dial calling.
