PURPOSE:To realize a multicolored printing of a high accuracy by making registering to each plate of a card easy, by a method wherein a lot of printing slabs annulary connected which move along an annular rail are intermittently fed at a constant pitch and besides, cards supplied onto respective printing slabs which are intermittently fed are printed with a printing unit prepared by laterally connecting respective color plates. CONSTITUTION:A card 11 is supplied onto a printing slab 8 with a supplier 10 before a printing unit 22 is moved onto a printing surface plate equipment 7. When the printing unit 22 has been moved from the printing slab equipment 7 to an inking arrangement 2, the printing slab 8 is intermittently fed with a feeding mechanism. When the printing unit 22 is moved from the inking arrangement 2 to the printing slab equipment 7, each printing slab 8 on a straight line part 9' of a rail 9 is accurately registered at a position opposed to each plate 5 with a registering mechanism. Just thereafter, a blanket cylinder 25 transfers ink of each plate 5 to the card 11 on each printing surface plate 8. Then, overlapped printing of five colors are processed on each card 11 owing to continuity of reciprocating action of the printing unit 22.
