发明名称 METAL FOIL-CLAD LAMINATED PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure high flame retardance without any decrease in mechanical strength and peeling strength of a metal foil, by blending an aliphatic bromine compound and an aromatic bromine compound as a flame-retardant in an imide resin for a resin-impregnated base material. CONSTITUTION:In a metal foil-clad laminated plate prepared by laminating a metal foil on a resin-impregnated base material where an imide resin is used as a impregnating resin, both an aliphatic bromine compound and an aromatic bromine compound are blended in the imide resin as a flame-retardant. The blending ratio is in such a ratio that the blended amt. of the aliphatic bromine compound to that of the imide resin is 1-12 wt.% in terms of bromine atoms, and the blended amt. of the aromatic bromine compound is 5-25 wt.% in terms of bromine atoms, and the blended amt. of the whole bromine compounds is 30 wt.% or less in bromine atoms. High flame retardance can be realized by the synergistic effect of these bromine compounds and the decreases in the mechanical strength and the peeling strength of the metal foil do not thereby occur.
