PURPOSE:To control environmental conditions depending upon a plant, by setting a means to input initial and closing environmental conditions of culture changing every environmental factor with time and day and regulating environment. CONSTITUTION:Data of initial environmental conditions A (humidity, temperature, illuminance and carbonic acid gas concentration) initial operation time B, day time C, night time D, number E of repetitions and environmental conditions at the end of culture (maximum value F and minimum value G) are set by operating data change buttons and data change switches. When the initial operation time B is finished, a set value on each time is calculated in the interior of a control part 9 and operation under conditions shown by curves H1-H4 of change with time is carried out on every factor. In the operation, the time C wherein each environmental factor reaches the maximum value is coincident with the time D wherein each factor reaches the minimum value. Difference between under the initial environmental conditions A and the environmental conditions G at the end is obtained, amount of change per day is obtained from the number E of operating days and operation under conditions shown curves i1-i4 of change with time is carried out.
