PURPOSE:To enable drying of laver without trouble at a moderate humidity, by inserting a hot water supply pipe into upward opened pans arranged in the upper part on the outside of a drying chamber, heating misty hot water jetted from the pipe with a heater and feeding the hot water into the drying chamber. CONSTITUTION:Temperature.humidity of a drying chamber 3 are detected by a sensor. When relative humidity is insufficient so as to cause trouble in drying of laver, a pressure feeding pump 7 is operated to feed hot water in a hot water boiler 6 to a hot water supply pipe 8 in pans 9 provided on the roof of the drying chamber 3 and jetted from jetting holes 10 of the pipe 8 into the drying chamber 3. The jetted misty hot water is then taken into a heater 4 by suction fans 5 thereof, heated and, together with hot air, fed into the drying chamber 3 to increase the relative humidity. |
