PURPOSE:To make the electric conductivity good and to attempt to stabilize the weld- ability, by heat-contact-bonding two steel sheets and a resin layer wherein conductive substances whose diameters are larger than the thickness of the resin layer are scattered in located between the steel sheets and cooling them while being pressed. CONSTITUTION:Cold-rolled steel sheets 2-1 and 2-2 unwound from two coils 1-1 and 1-2 of cold-rolled steel sheets are respectively heated in heating ovens 3-1 and 3-2 at a specific temp. and brought in a heat-contact-bonding zone. A resin film 4 is nipped sandwich-like between these two cold-rolled steel sheets and pressed by heat-contact- bonding rolls 5. Then the heat pressed laminated steel sheet is pressed by multistage cooling rolls 6 at a pressure of 10kgf/cm<2> or more and then cooled. At this time, the resin is cooled and solidified without flowing in between the steel sheets and conductive particles. The laminated steel sheet 7 cooled down to the ambient temp. is wound on a winding reel 8. The temp. for starting the pressing is at the softening and melting temp. or higher of the core resin and the temp. for ending the pressing is at the softening and melting temp. or lower of the core resin. As the conductive substances, any conductive ones such as iron powder and so on can be used and the substance whose shape is close to be spherical and average particles size is larger than the thickness of the resin layer can be used. |
