PURPOSE:To produce a masterbatch which gives a molded product excellent in lubricating properties stainproofing and sliding properties, by blending a thermoplastic resin with a specific additive, and melting and milling them. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. thermoplastic resin such as PE, polyamide and PS, and, as an additive, 0.001-1pts.wt. fluoroplastic dispersion having a solid content of 10-70wt.% and a fluoroplastic content of 0.2-30wt.%, and, if desired, an organic pigment in an amount of 1-400pts.wt., an antistatic agent, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, etc. are blended and premixed at ordinary temperature-80 deg.C under a heated atmosphere. The resulting mixture is supplied to an extruder to melt, mill and extrude it from a die. |
