PURPOSE:To obtain the titled processor which surely extracts a feature pattern without requiring an unnecessary time for window setting, by labeling each extracted feature pattern by using the attribute of the feature pattern as a key. CONSTITUTION:Before the processing of a image to be processed, the image of a standard model is picked up and plural feature patterns of this image are obtained and one or more attributes are generated for each feature pattern and are preliminarily stored in an attribute storage part 5. Thereafter, a plural feature patterns are obtained in a CPU 1 with respect to the image to be processed generated by an image pickup device 8 and attributes of respective feature patterns are generated in the CPU 1. The CPU 1 collates attributes of respective feature patterns of the image to be processed with those of the standard label to label each feature pattern of the image to be processed.
