PURPOSE:To save an user the trouble to change the measurement object, the frequency in measurement, or the like of the physical quantity by adding the function which measures the physical quantity sensor by sensor with a maximum processing capability of a device in accordance with setting on a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:When the user operates a preference key indicating continuous measurement, an interrupt signal is transmitted to a CPU 15 from a time counter 14 synchronously with the signal processing time of all channels linked to sensors 1-5, namely, the signal processing time of a circuit. The CPU 15 measures the physical quantity channel by channel in the measurement order of sensors linked to channels of a multiplexer 6 and stores it in a RAM 9 as data for each input signal of an interrupt terminal RST.
