PURPOSE:To improve the operability by setting a write mode by operating a preset key, limiting the time of this write mode, and returning said mode to an initial state when this time is elapsed. CONSTITUTION:A control part sets 1st and 2nd reference times T1 and T2 previously and when the depression signal of one of preset keys M is received, this control part supplies a turn-on signal to the corresponding preset key M and stars time measurement while setting a call mode. Then when the 1st refer ence time T1 is elapsed, the call mode is reset, the write mode is set, and a turn-off signal is supplied to the preset key M. Further, the control part restarts time measurement at the time of the setting of the write mode and resets the write mode when the 2nd reference time T2 is elapsed to return to the initial state. Consequently, even if a preset key M is operated by mistake, the control part enters the initial state smoothly without performing any unnecessary processing operation, so the operability is improved.
