PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having a rate of crosslinking suitable for molding work and excelling in stability against thermal aging and scorching resistance, by mixing a chloroprene polymer with a 6-substituted 1,3,5- triazine-2,4-dithiol polymer and a sulfur (compound) at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. chloroprene polymer (A) is mixed with 0.1-10pts.wt. 6-substituted 1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol polymer (B), as a crosslinking agent component, of the formula [wherein R is SH, ON, OR<1>, SR<1>, NR<1>R<2> (wherein R<1-2> are each H, alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl or the like)] and 0.1-10 pts.wt. sulfur or its compound (C) such as 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (zinc salt).
