PURPOSE:To increase reliability, by connecting an interference preventing filter between a regenerative converter and a first capacitor. CONSTITUTION:An inverter circuit is constituted of gate turn-off thyristors (GTO) 1U-1X, reactors 2U-2X, feedback diodes 3U-3X, snubbers 4X-4U and a diode circuit 5, connected to the inverter circuit. An energy recovery first capacitor 8A is connected between respective intermediate connecting points of snubber capacitors 41U-41X and snubber diodes 42U-42X while one crystal type flyback regenerative converter 9 is connected to both terminals of the capacitor. In this case, a reactor 10 is provided between the first capacitor 8A and the regenerative converter 9 as an interference preventing filter. According to this constitution, the transfer of the ON, OFF oscillating voltage of the regenerative converter 9 to an inverter as the noise of an arm element may be prevented.
