PURPOSE:To eliminate a nuisance to a calling party due to an erroneous telephone and a mischievous telephone at night, by setting a password in advance at the reception side, comparing a password dialed by the calling party and a password registered from a subscriber in advance, and deciding whether the calling party and a called party are to be connected or not by the number of times of the connection. CONSTITUTION:A succeeding execution processing program 8 brings a telephone number of a called party to an access to a password temporary storage area 11 in order to connected a calling party and the called party and reads out its telephone number. In this case, if a telephone number of the calling party does not exist in the password temporary storage area 11, it means that the password dialed by the calling party is different from a registered password by the called party, and a BT processing is executed. When both the passwords have coincided, information of the second byte of a calling frequency temporary storage area 13 is read out, '1' is subtracted, whether a value of its information is '0' or not is detected, and unless the contents of the second byte are '0', its contents are stored again. When the contents of the second byte are '0', a connecting operation to the called party is executed.
